- Write and Issue Inspection and Process planning daily and in a timely manner.
- Control all components in process and final.
- Approve all component packing prior to shipping.
- Resolve all process and quality problems as they occur.
- Issue replacement parts lists to purchasing for each repair order.
- Issue and or process defect reports as required for resolution.
- Instruct and or train direct labor personnel as required.
- Assist services to resolve problems.
- Assist customers in shop and on site to resolve problems.
- Audit to ensure that procedures and facilitates meet the requirements.
- Develop repair procedures to meet the needs.
- Provide and maintain product department drawings and specifications.
- Protect all product department confidential and proprietary information.
- Maintain the shop quality control manual.
- Audit to ensure that requirements of the shop quality assurance manual are complied with.
- Assist shop manager, production manager, foreman and all work leaders as required to meet the needs of business.
