ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES

Taka Turbomachinery & Pump Services Division 

• Write and Issue Inspection and Process planning daily and in a timely manner.
• Control all components in process and final.
• Approve all component packing prior to shipping.
• Resolve all process and quality problems as they occur.
• Issue replacement parts lists to purchasing for each repair order.
• Issue and or process defect reports as required for resolution.
• Instruct and or train direct labor personnel as required.
• Assist services to resolve problems.
• Assist customers in shop and on site to resolve problems.
• Audit to ensure that procedures and facilitates meet the requirements.
• Develop repair procedures to meet the needs.
• Provide and maintain product department drawings and specifications.
• Protect all product department confidential and proprietary information.
• Maintain the shop quality control manual.
• Audit to ensure that requirements of the shop quality assurance manual are complied with.
• Assist shop manager, production manager, foreman and all work leaders as required to meet the needs of business.
